Indonesia is famous for it's high variety in food. Every region has their own specialty dishes. Manado for example has the grilled fish with dabu-dabu sauce and Manado porridge. Other indonesian favorites include sate, gado-gado, rendang and several curries. When available fresh fish from the area is certainly on the menu. It is brought to the resort by the local fisherman.
Our kitchen staff prepares Indonesian classics, local delicacies, and of course Chinese and Western favorites. We are constantly innovating and adding new creations for you to enjoy. Lunch and dinner are served in buffet-style including soups, salads, fresh fruit and dessert. Breakfast includes toast, cheese, marmelades, fresh juice and a choice of egg. For variation there are pancakes, cereal or french toast as well.
